At our school we have conditioning class every week. The class starts with Qigong and meditation, this is to strengthen the body internally and to calm the mind. After this the students condition their hands on sandbags and then their arms and shins on the tress. Finally, the students hit each other to make the body strong and able to withstand blows. This type of training can be challenging at first, but as the weeks go on people notice how their body is getting stronger.
